Crown Castle Towers 06-2 LLC was issued an Antenna Structure Registration number 1278040 by the Federal Communications Commission on 12/21/2012 to contruct a vertical 47.1 meter (155 ft.) cell tower at Flagler High School. FCC Registration Number (FRN): 0016433971.
The vertical 4G cell tower was constructed and installed onsite at Flagler High School. The cell tower was updated with 5G cell masts in August 2023 (lower cell on tower).
In the fall of 2023, a company called Site Safe LLC performed EMF testing and took data around the cell tower site and school. On January, 23, 2024, Anthony Handley from Site Safe LLC presented the the findings to the Flagler County School Board Workshop. Site Compliance Measurements Report. The last Flagler County School Board meeting on this subject was held on 11/28/2023. Here is the link to the writeup by Flagler County Buzz for more information about the cell tower – School Board Workshop 11/28/2023 Hears Presentations on Cell Tower Placement and More Many parents with children attending Flagler High School are concerned about the RF exposure with the additional 5G cell mast. If you have questions or concerns about the cell tower and Site Safe LLC findings here is a list of school board respresentatives:

NOTE: Cell tower siting regulation guidelines in the United States are outdated as most were put in place in the 1990’s. The regulations were made assuming that non-ionizing radiation was biologically safe at any levels. Numerous studies going back to 1971 by the Office of Naval Research demonstrate and or prove a biological impact from non-ionizing radiation. Many european countries have much lower RF exposure limits than the United States, particularly in sensitive areas near schools and hospitals.
