Residential flooding in Palm Coast from Hurricane Milton left many residents concerned as they watched their properties damaged by flood waters. Contributing factors to this flooding include Palm Coast City mismanagement of storm water and water treatment plan controls.  If you are a resident of Palm Coast, FL and are concerned about residential storm flooding then it’s time to put a moratorium on residential building and oppose rezoning until the storm water and waste water treatment planing is under control.   Please sign the petition to oppose rezoning and put a one year moratorium on residential building.

Concerns include increased traffic, destruction of wildlife habitat, detrimental property value impact and overwhelming municipal infrastructure (i.e., sewer, etc.) demands.
